Your journey with me
On your first visit we will take the time to chat about you, your lifestyle and your medical history in order to built together a unique and personal treatment plan. We will then work on specific reflex points to re-balance your body and help it reaching a state of homeostasis. I will also give you some aftercare advices and some “take home” tips you might want in order to improve your daily life. The treatment lasts usually 1 hour and is deeply relaxing as well as energising. A holistic reflexology session involves a deeper and meditative state of being, which helps the body to heal itself and restore greater balance, bringing calmness and tranquility.
