For years, my life was rooted in the world of hospitality. I loved the energy, the teamwork, and the creativity ,but I also knew the other side of it all: the long hours, constant pressure, and never-ending stress. Like so many, I often pushed through exhaustion, telling myself I’d rest later.
The truth was, my body and mind were crying out for balance.
During the COVID lockdowns, I finally had the space to pause. That’s when I picked up a book on reflexology ,something I’d always been curious about but never had time to explore. I started practising simple techniques on my partner, and to my surprise, I began to see real changes.
Tension eased, sleep improved, and there was a sense of calm that felt so needed in those uncertain times.
That experience lit a spark. I realised reflexology wasn’t just theory on a page , it worked. I could feel and witness its benefits in real life.
The more I practised, the more passionate I became, until I knew this was something I wanted to dedicate myself to. So I trained formally as a reflexologist, learning not only the techniques but also the deeper ways it supports both body and mind.
Now, I have the privilege of offering reflexology to others , whether it’s supporting women through fertility and pregnancy, helping people manage stress and sleep, or simply creating a moment of deep rest in the middle of a busy life.
Every client reminds me why I chose this path: because small acts of care can have the most profound impact.
My journey into reflexology has been about finding balance, and I’m passionate about helping others find theirs too.
I am fully insured and an Association of Reflexologist(AoR) approved practitioner. Membership number 34755.
