A foot reflexology treatment lasts for one hour and as it’s just the feet that are being worked on, you remain fully clothed simply removing shoes and socks.

You are invited to relax on a treatment chair or bed where the treatment begins with relaxation of the feet followed by the application of reflexology techniques re-balancing your body’s system, finishing with a foot massage that completes the experience. Guaranteed to deeply relax you.

A full advanced facial reflexology treatment lasts one hour or 30 minutes for a stress relief one. It is a soothing treatment. You’ll be made comfortable in a reclinable chair or bed and will remain fully clothed, but you can take off your shoes for more comfort if you wish. I will start your treatment with some gentle massages on your upper arms neck and face to encourage circulation.

After your treatment in order to gain maximum benefit from the session, try to rest as this helps your body’s natural healing process. Drink plenty of water over the next few days; this helps flush away toxins.
